This is a podcast for Americans who love America, and who don't believe they have to destroy the best system in the world in a misguided attempt to fix it. We stand by people having the freedoms we have always known and fight for the tolerance the left used to preach about. We will fight for equality and not equity because you are not assured of an outcome. We are all not the same and I thank God for that. We need the people in key leadership positions to start telling the truth to people and stop lying to their base to get votes. When the media fails we have to stand in the gap.

Alvin Bragg is prosecuting a a man in hopes to find a crime and that should be illegal. The quote "Show me the man and I'll show you the crime" is often attributed to Lavrentiy Beria, the head of Joseph Stalin's secret police in the Soviet Union. Beria was notorious for using his power to fabricate evidence against political enemies and to extract false confessions through torture and intimidation.
The quote implies that anyone can be found guilty of a crime if the authorities are determined to find evidence against them, regardless of whether or not they have actually committed a crime. This approach is fundamentally wrong and violates the principles of due process, presumption of innocence, and equal treatment under the law. It also undermines public trust in the justice system and can lead to the wrongful conviction of innocent people.
