This is a podcast for Americans who love America, and who don't believe they have to destroy the best system in the world in a misguided attempt to fix it. We stand by people having the freedoms we have always known and fight for the tolerance the left used to preach about. We will fight for equality and not equity because you are not assured of an outcome. We are all not the same and I thank God for that. We need the people in key leadership positions to start telling the truth to people and stop lying to their base to get votes. When the media fails we have to stand in the gap.

I look at the nation and I am today deeply troubled by a recent legal earthquake in Colorado. The state's Supreme Court has issued a ruling so unprecedented, so defiant, that its tremors are rocking the very foundations of our republic.
Let's be clear: the court has, in a single stroke, defied the judgment of the United States Senate. They've overturned the findings of numerous judicial bodies who meticulously reviewed the same allegations. And they've done it on the eve of a crucial election, casting a shadow of doubt and suspicion over the entire process.
But the timing isn't the only troubling aspect. The court's reasoning smacks of judicial overreach. They've interpreted a dusty clause of the Constitution with a broadness that would make a circus tent blush. In doing so, they've arrogated to themselves the power to disenfranchise millions of American voters, stripping them of the fundamental right to choose their own representatives.
Is this truly the America we believe in? A land where one court, one state, can effectively nullify the decisions of the highest legislative body in the land? Where legal precedent crumbles before the winds of political expediency?
The consequences of this ruling are far-reaching. It sets a dangerous precedent, one that could open the door to further inconsistencies and chaos across our judicial system. It erodes public trust in the integrity of our elections, sowing discord and division where unity is so desperately needed.
Make no mistake, this is not about Donald Trump. This is about the very fabric of our democracy. It's about upholding the rule of law, protecting the rights of all voters, and ensuring that the scales of justice remain balanced.
We must not stand idly by while this power grab unfolds. We must raise our voices, demand accountability, and fight for the principles that have made America great. We must remind the nation that the path to justice isn't paved with shortcuts, but with due process, fair judgment, and respect for the democratic institutions that have served us well for centuries.
